Applications are now open for special education study awards and scholarships. The study awards support study for a postgraduate diploma in specialist teaching at either Massey University or the University of Canterbury.
Study awards are available for:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Blind and Low Vision
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Complex Educational Needs
- Early Intervention
- Learning and Behaviour
Applications are open for these scholarships:
- Internship Scholarships for Educational Psychology, and for Child and Family Psychology, these provide funding of $18,000 along with intern placement and supervision.
- The New Zealand Sign Language Tutor Scholarship is designed for deaf applicants who want to study the Certificate in Deaf Studies – Teaching New Zealand Sign Language at Victoria University in Wellington. It provides $3,000 for each year of study.
