Voices of Hope – teacher survey

Teachers are asked to contribute to research into the provision of mental health teaching resources by taking part in a survey commissioned by Kiwi charity Voices of Hope.

Voices of Hope was founded in 2014 by Genevieve Mora and Jazz Thornton. Both being mental illness survivors they felt the need to use their past experiences alongside their passion for creating content to provoke and bring change.

Since the launch of Voices of Hope, their content has received both national and international recognition and has caught the attention of companies wanting to support their vision. Thornton was named Young New Zealander of the Year 2021.

The charitable trust is keen to find out more from teachers across the country about what they feel would be well received in terms of classroom resources, as well as how they feel students best engage with learning.
